2/3 Drop on 16's?

I plan on running 20" wheels. Living in L A County don't wanna get my Tahoe jacked because I am running huge wheels. I am mainly looking for a level stance. I plan on spending most of my money on engine upgrades. Don't want to get to low where I run into alignment problems, steering issues and poor ride quality. It's my daily driver, not a show car. The more stock looking the better. Thanks
