I just sold my 2006 Sierra that had 6 inch Fabtech suspension lift and 3 inch body lift with 37" Mud Grapplers and I recently got an '07 Z71 Tahoe. I am missing the feeling of a lifted ride so I am wanting to put some BFG KM2 M/T on the new ride. My problem is that 33's are too small for my taste and I can't afford the 4 inch suspension lift.

The problems with a body lift on the NBS Tahoe has been discussed before, but I was wondering if anyone had any rear pictures of a Tahoe/Yukon with this done? Or if they know where to find any? With the body lift I know the hitch will sit lower but I am wondering just how bad it will look. TIA for any help with this.

Here's the link to the kit:

Hmm...doesn't look as it this has been done before judging from the views-to-replies ratio:emotions122:

Might you eventually be able to spring for the suspension lift? If so, I'd wait. At least from my Wrangler-lifting days, body lifts have never been regarded as decent alternatives to suspension lifts.

Just unbolt your seat and put some spacers under it to achieve the functionality of a body lift.

Ok, ok - and get a sawzall to those fenders!
