Alright I got the problem fixed! I never lock my truck (nobody locks anything in my neighborhood...) and apparently someone came along and decided they needed my ignition module from under my dash and a few major fuses, relays, and such.... He also decided he needed some Sylvania 9006 low beams. I give you massive props Mr. Ace mechanic for getting all of this done in under 12 minutes....

Never leave a Hoe unsecured. Lock it. At least it narrows down the vehicles it was stolen for. Keep an I out for others who may be having problems with theirs.
