I have an official 2011 CBP "Border Patrol" build Tahoe and I was going to replace the front struts with Rancho p/n RS551784 Shock/strut & Coil spring assembly's. Upon removing the old struts I noticed that they were modified with a 2' lift plate (see photos) Can anyone help me by identifying the manufacture of the lift plate?

Don't know the make, but that's a good looking plate!
Looks better than the steel plates with a tube welded between them type..

Can’t you reuse the spacer?

As far as I can tell YES the rear shocks were stock AC Delco's and the vehicle appears stock
Remember with those plates upon reassembly one is for the left and one is for the right. If you put it back and can’t get the bolt holes aligned to save your life remember this so you don’t fight yourself for however long.
