That looks great! Had a 2001 SLT in that exact color and always thought it needed larger wheels beside the stock 16's. Had it for 18 years before I sold it to my stepson last year. I miss it, but I really love my 2016 SLT.170e0fabd439a583d88486ab5748e242.jpg
Thanks man! Your 2001 looks great!!

Ha! THIS is what I was after. Your rig looks awesome. What size is that spare? It looks gargantuan in the above picture.
Thanks man! Really appreciate that! The spare is a stock size: 265/65 R16.

With the brake upgrade are you thinking about getting a larger-wheeled spare? Otherwise if you have a flat on the front you'll be playing musical wheels; I'm sure you've thought of that.

I use to have a 2003 Tahoe with 20s and 305s-they rubbed...This was a 2wd on full stock suspension....FWIW, I did 2018 Silverado OE wheels on my SSV running 275s and absolutely no rubs....

Yeah. Not sure yet. I need to see if the correct size will fit in that space. Anyone know for sure..?

Pulled that spare out from under the truck on both my trucks. Keep it inside the back along with a small floor jack and a lug nut socket already on a breaker bar. I don't have time to sit on the shoulder of the road and try to figure out how to get the spare down from under the truck as cars are speeding by.
