Think about dropping the "scared the pants off me" fee and stay with the real damages.
The tire shop has insurance. Tell them to use it and fix the truck. Nothing less. If the Tire/wheel were damaged even slightly, that should be replaced.

Advise them that you really only wnat what is right but if you have to get a lawyer to get it, you'll allow him/her to ask for whatever thay can get.

Tell them to remember the terms "Gross Negligence" and "6 O'clock News".

Was able to drive it this weekend. Got a shake at freeway speeds. And it doesn't track as well. The Yukon will follow the ruts.

So is this a tire brand issue? Or by going to a larger wheel/tire combo?

Tires are Falken Ziex S/TZ-04. Discount is going to try the Bridgestone Dueler H/L Alenza

The Falkens tracked like shit. Every rut in the road would throw me into the next lane.
Got them to install Bridgestone's. So far so good.
It was an $100 upgrade which Discount didn't charge me. :)
