I am working on putting together a fully bolt in rear air suspension that would replace the coil springs. Included in the kit will be Firestone air bags, brakets, a way to control air pressure from the cab, air compressor, fittings, and air line. I am not positive on the controls yet which is why I say "a way to control air pressure from the cab". I am trying to keep the complete kit in the $1200-1500 range.

The bags and brackets are the ones currently used in air suspension we market to the GM-T900 SUV's and they will work in 2000+ SUVs. The rear air suspension will give you a 2" drop from factory at ride height, could possibly do 3" with the shock adapter thing that Tony sells.

I am wanting to gauge interest in this before preceding on with this project as there is still some R&D to do in making the controls a bolt in part.

We unfortunately do not make a front kit for the 00-06 models.

I basically thought about putting this kit together for the people that want to not have to worry about squatting while pulling a trailer and they can get the 2" drop so that the truck is even.

So no air drop for the front only rear and rear would only be a 2" drop? Is there or would there be a kit to go lower? I would love to do air on my lady.

I'd be interested as long as it doesn't get any pricier than you already said.

How much do you think install would go for?

You could run it at 3" with a slight decrease in ride qualit with stock shocks. Aftermarket shocks could remedy this also using Tonys shock extenders could help.

Price shouldn't exceed what I said. I am trying to keep the cost low.

It is an easy install, could be done in afternoon with even limited knowledge.

When will this kit be available approximately?

Is it possible for someone to change out the bags for something a little smaller that would ride with the right pressure at 3 inches?
