Another solution which might work for those who do not want to mess with drilling their floor is just tie the seats to the four hooks. In my 98' Tahoe I usually have only one of these NBS 3rd row seats, and it is tied to only two hooks with two ratchet straps. Sits rock solid, never gave me any problems, and there is still lots of room in the back.
