Hey there,
Been looking around for a little while now, but have managed to confuse myself more in regards to what I actually need here. I'd like to keep the factory auto-leveling functionality if I can. Anyone able to help point me in the right direction w/ part numbers for both the front and back?

Thanks!

Arnott AS-2708’s should fit the bill for you. Can get them from Rock Auto.

Ah thank you very much! Are the fronts anything special? I keep reading about some options having an electronic bypass, but I didn't think the fronts were part of Autoride on this car.

There are two systems in these vehicles. AutoRide and AutoLevel.

AutoRide is a system that will adjust the dampening of the shocks with an active dampening in the shocks to make the stiffer or softer depending on the conditions.

AutoLevel utilizes airbags and an air compressor on the rear shocks and height sensors on all four corners to try and keep the vehicle level.

The “electric bypass” that folks refer to is generally referring to spoofing the AutoRide system so you can put passive shocks on your vehicle. Arnott makes front shocks that have a built in resistor pack that by-passes the AutoRide system so you don’t get error messages on the dashboard.

As stated above, if you want to keep the autoride suspension, nothing else is needed, except the 4 shocks. I recommend that you use either OEM GM/ACDelco or Arnott shocks.

If you want the part numbers for the OEM GM/ACDelco shocks, post the last 8 digits of your VIN, and @915_Tahoe may be able to give you the exact part numbers for those shocks.

Inside your glovebox lid should be a sticker with your RPO codes. What Zxx and Gxx codes do you have?
