Hey all i'm new to the forum and just recently bought a 2002 Tahoe LT off a guy that took really good care of it. I had a 1997 Tahoe lifted but was side swiped a week prior to getting the 2002.

New 2002 Tahoe LT:

Plans for 2002 Tahoe:
* Would love 6" Lift again but i am going with Keys/Spacers/Bilstein 5100's to start off...
* LED Interior Lights/Gauge/Hvac etc..
* Darker Tint
* 2500 HD Hood
* 18" Addicts (Black) with 285/65 Trail Grapplers - Off my old tahoe (had to buy 1 full wheel..)
* Get rid of all chrome!
* HID with blacked out Projector headlights and blacked out LED Taillights
* HID Fogs
* Double Din conversion (2004 Bezel already have).
* Running boards coming off and putting step bars from old tahoe on
* more to come...

Here was my 1997 Tahoe:

Here it is wrecked (Yes i know i could have fixed it, but wasn't worth the money to put in verse what i paid for the 2002 model, just need door skins, rear qtr panel and front end parts):

(I am parting 1997 Tahoe out... PM me if you are interested in any of the parts)

Here is a cool picture showing 2" spacers and stock keys and the difference....

Then the stock (rusty) keys verse the lift keys...

Thank you! I loved my old hoe but i can only go forward now. Went from a 1995 Lifted Z71 Silverado to a 2002 all in one year without a dime out of my pocket.

I already recieved my spacers last week, it was the cheapest and first thing i ordered actually. I called on ford keys but they want 67 bucks each now a days. The guy at the local ford thought i was crazy for what i was asking for. He said what kind of truck is it. I said Chevy Tahoe. He said this is Ford Dealer. I Said i know where i called. I Want keys for 2000 F150 and here is the part number. LOL but in the end he said he has never had anyone ask for such a thing in all the years he has worked at Ford. I told him that he has now. Now i am looking on ebay for keys.

Its already on the right path. i just did the LED swap for all interior lights and most of the externals. Working on Double Din radio conversion as we speak. Keys and Spacers are in my possesion and will be installed this week so i can fit the black addicts and trail grapplers off my old Hoe on to the new one. Pictures to follow soon as i have finished the projects...

Thanks! I miss the OBS hoe. But i love the new one and all the new options it gives me. It won't have the 4" lift kit like the OBS but it will do for now till i can get the $$ for the new one.
