Do you by chance have a big sub box in the back that could be causing the weight difference? I used to have a rough ride but I changed my shocks to the bilstein 5100s and changed my bushings and ball joints. Still doing more to the suspension but its getting a lot better.

It has lowering springs on the back,i got this name and part number off the springs..

those are the ones I have...

i got those numbers from the springs while i was replacing the shocks, they were hard!!, i put my weight on the shock to see how compress and decompress, and it didn't even move a hair.. but now with the new shocks the Tahoe looks lower and almost hitting the bump stops.. the description on the side for the springs it says it will lower 1" to 2" , would i have to get shorter shocks ?

Best logical guess I can come up with is that the suspension is just TIRED. How many miles you have? I noticed a little rust on the suspension and stuff on the front. You live in a northern area? It looks leveled. Not lowered. Like I said, from the factory, the rear sits up a good bit higher than the front. About 2-3 inches. So if you have 2-3 lowering springs in the rear, that looks about right. The front doesn't look lowered at all. You might just have weak torsion bars, or theyre not adjusted correctly. But, from the side view, the front doesn't look like its sitting low enough for the bump stops to be touching. Mine touch about the same about yours does right now, but I have drop spindles in the front.

It probably needs alot of stuff replace or change, it has 112k miles and still had the original shocks when I got it, with new shocks it feels little better, but still the steering feels little off and I hear this clicking/loose sound when I go over holes or speed bumps... I hear some people saying that there front bumps stops are touching the arm, and they haven't done any mods to it, it's that mean the bars are weak?
