2002 Tahoe Z71 Power steering gone at low speeds and advice

I have a 2002 tahoe what when im in a parking lot at low speeds i dont have any power steering. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe the power steering fluid or the unit may be bad..

^^probably this. I had the same problem until i changed mine. If you keep it turned hard too long when u hear that noise it turns the red fluid black and makes it no good
