2002 yukon denali 6.0 liter - Tow Button not working

Anyone have there tow button ever just stop working? When I press it nothing happens. Any ideas?

Maybe the plug worked itself loose ? Is the light in the dash good ? Sometimes you have to start with the most obvious and go from there .

The wires inside the column are notorious for breaking. They are orange and you will see it at the base of the shifter. They are too short and over time they fray and break. Bridge the connection and it will work again.

Great thanks! I remember test driving a 2003 Tahoe a few years ago and it did not work. When I got this I was like yep its gotta be a flaw.
