I’ve written about this beast before. It’s been abandoned on my property for awhile. Like two years while it works its way thru probate (don’t ask).
Gas is bad I’m sure. But.
Battery was bad but we were able to jump it, start it and move it a like 100 feet to get another abandoned vehicle out and let it idle for awhile. Then we turned it off then jumped it again and moved it back again.
So I put a new battery in it and a trickle/tender shortly thereafter-like last week so it would be easier to move in the future. The Tender today shows battery is charged but it won’t start. No crank nothing. Windows and lights work.
Where do I start? Take the battery back and make sure it’s good?

Replace the battery cables. Some corrode from the inside out at the battery terminal so you can’t see evidence.

This would explain why one battery alone is not capable of overcoming the resistance of corroded cables.
