2003 Sierra Seat Cover fit?

You cant just overlay. I mean you can, but the entire center section of the seat would not be secured to the foam due to the differing patterns. I suppose a way to tell if the entire seat and foam have been changed is to sit your ass in the seat and move it around. If the cover moves around, then its not secure and someone just put new covers ontop of the old foam. If its secure, then someone swapped seat assemblies.

Do the back seat patterns match the front?

the rears match the front exactly. this truck has only had the driver seat cover replaced once before by previous owner, I am friends with po

Guess what i am really asking is that the physical measurments of both seats are exactly the same correct?
