2003 Tahoe key fob and cluster

Hello all , please help... 2003 Tahoe 150,000 my car wouldn't allow me to start it. It didn't show the signal for what gear it was in. The key fob I noticed wouldn't do anything. The key fob was fine earlier. But the cluster had been acting strange ,switching languages and not recording gas meter when fueling. Alternator and battery were fine earlier . I can't start at all or the power windows suddenly don't work. I took out the cluster fuse then put back in and checked connections.. any help please

First check the battery and battery connections. Make sure. The clusters can be "reflowed" which fixes many bad solder joint, common for the PRNDL indicator etc. Google PRNDL + Tahoe there's YouTube videos, forums in here etc.

Thanks for the reply I'll check that next . I spent hours since last evening checking connections . Battery and alternator were previously replaced. I checked fuses that were. Related to the BCM . I ended up disconnecting the negative and changing the 15and 10 amp guess . Pulling the cluster out and the new head unit I had installed. Went outside at5am and chilly here , connected the negative put the key in the ignition and heard the key fob clicking sound immediately and the sound of a well tuned Chevy v8 starting up.. I reconnected the cluster and it read well but language is French and I haven't connected the head unit yet. This evening I'm checking ground wires.. Any hide as please. This car is like new in and out and maintained well.

Have you tried changing the language using the controls for the DIC? If your Tahoe has steering wheel controls it would be the set of controls on the lower right, top button to scroll through options and bottom button to change them.
