2003 Tahoe... opinions on some parts

Okay everyone, I am new here and don't use the Forum much I have a 1991 K5 I have to restore but I do have a 2003 Chevy Tahoe that I have dealer maintained since new (no, I do things myself, rotate tires, clear and fix little things, lights etc). I want to do a few (bigger) things to it but since it is so modern I have trouble with it or getting opinions from my buddies.

I have some general questions that I really can't narrow down in the forums (I've looked). Okay so here it goes.

I have a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe 4x4 LT 323 (5.3) with Cargo Doors.

So first off I want to start with the Air Intake I am looking to order the one from K&N the K&N 57-3023-1 Fuel Injection Performance Kit Gen2 Air Intake Kit

Also thinking about the American Racing AR321 Fuel wheels w/some Perelli Scorpion ATR tires. Going for a dark yet subtle look but I have nothing to compare it too.

I know I wrote way to much and seem to not put an effort into looking but I have been searching since I got the truck but the Cargo Doors have been a problem. If anyone can help me please PM me or point me in the right direction on the forum (maybe I missed something). The more I do to the Tahoe I might be on here more and more. I also appreciate any help I get.

i like all these mods however do the black not chrome for the gaurds, idk about the tail lights what do you mean those will only fit? unless im wrong all tailights for those years are all interchangeable unless im wrong someone with more knowledge will chime in

the way the hinge is (i think is the part that screws with it) on the barn doors is different than the lift gate (obviously) but the taillight housing is cut different due to where the hinge goes, so lift door lights wont fit in barn doors

yeah which is annoying cause the reverse lights on the bottom like the Cadillac is really cool.

I wanted the Black Ones for the guards I forgot to mention that.

As far as the headlights, I have the same ones on my '03Z minus the fogs. No complaints, just had some minor silicone sealing to do to the drl housings.

I must ask mattvand, how did you do that all-on mod? I know I can look but if I remember nobody ever did an 03 diagram, only found 02. And they look nice, just have to see with a chrome grille

K&N arrived today, will put in when I get a chance, truck went in for service, something wrong with the air-bag sensor and the light keeps buggin' out. (720 dollar part and wont be fixed, to expensive right now)

Installed the K&N, truck sounds great like it has an actual exhaust but it doesn't. For exhaust I am thinking a Flowmaster Super 10 with stock tailpipe.

Looked at the tail lamps I wanted but they had bad reviews, does anyone have any of them to give me a better review. Just ordered the tail lamp guards.
