I have a 2003 Yukon Denali with a 6.0. Got in the other day and when I went to start it, it sounded like it fired a couple cylinders and then just kept on cranking with no start. Right away I figured fuel pump as we've already had a couple go on other GMs. It sounds like it has compression. Took it to a shop and T\they analyzed no spark and no fuel and they got a code P1626 anti theft fuel system circuit. They reprogramed the keys and got fuel, but still no spark. Since everything goes through the key switch, I'm thinking switch, but they've spent many hours testing other circuits to no avail. Am I barking up the wrong tree on the switch? I must add that they stated that they are only charging me two hours analyzing time so far.
