2003 Yukon Headlight & washer switch LED conversion

I did a search ad saw a few threads on the conversion of the headlight switch and the rear windshield washer switch LED conversion. I "think" they are 3mm LED bulbs but someone said they are 5mm. Anyone shed some "light" on this?? I'm going to order them on Amazon. They already have built in resistors so they are getting easier to do.
