2003 Yukon making noise when I hit a bump

2003 Yukon making noise when I hit bump. It sounds like a pump running when I hit a bump and it is embarrassing. As soon as I stop the noise stop.

Does it have the air suspension?

Could be the ABS pump, can you feel some pulsating in the pedal? The cause is usually a bad hub/bearing on the front that causes excessive play between the wheel speed sensor and its target causing erratic/faulty speed signal which tricks the ABS computer into thinking there is a wheel speed difference (wheel is slipping/skidding).
