2003 Yukon XL Denali High and Low Beam on

My problem is that the high and low beam light come on together, as indicated on the dash with the high beam light, when I try to put them on low , nothing happens they both stay on.

NO idea.. but is there still a clicking sound when your try to change to low?

Yes there is a clicking from the hi low switch, but both stay on and hi beam indicator stays on solid, like its not even thinking about switching
