2003 Z71 Tahoe

The light next to the onstar button is red, never turns green. Anyone know what needs to been done to get the green light?

do you have your account set up with onstar? you really didnt explain much lol

I think if any of the onstar antennas are disconnected, you will get a red light. My account was deactivated for years and the light was still green.

I do not have ab account, but other ones I have seen have always been green whether there was an account or not. Also, does anyone know where the control box is located on an 03 tahoe?
