I’m seriously thinking about taking welding classes. It’s something I’ve wanted to learn for a long time. I’m just afraid I’ll fail and my shit will look like some of those ugly welding pictures on social media where they’re making fun of some monstrosity. :D

YouTube University has online welding classes for free! You'll know when you're comfortable enough to attend a class. Start a progress thread so we can laugh at, I mean "encourage" you.

Besides adding a hitch this is what it will look like. Obviously I still need to clean everything up and spend a lot of time on fitment but overall I think I like this design.

It’s definitely a dont-f*ck-with-me bumper. :happy107:

I think It looks a lot sleeker in person. Probably weighs twice as much as stock, but the stock one was rusted and clearly could not take any sort of abuse.

You need a square receiver welded i to that lower section.

That’s the plan! Should be delivered tomorrow and I have the next 4 1/2 days off due to the hurricane so it will get done!

Depends on who’s silly string model you look at. We are preping at work and leaving tomorrow at noon to give us all time to prepare our homes. My prep consists of puting stuff that’s likely to fly in a barn and shutting the door. The putting bags in front of my little shop door because water runs under them. Other than that idgaf and doubt much of that will be necessary.

If I wasn’t dead center of the state I might care more. Oh I do have some plants on my porch I’ll print inside because they are just growing jalapeños and Cayenne peppers.
