One of The fuel lines to the fuel rail sprays fuel like its under pressure.
This line appears to be a nylon? type and was replaced a few years ago by repair shop because of rusting.

Its leaking right in the nylon or plastic tubing and not at any connection.

My question is is this line the supply line (and coming from the composition (flex) sensor) or the return line?

My only guess is that some kind of creature bit into it and cause the leak.

The larger of the 2 lines is supply, so hopefully you can narrow it down. Both lines will have pressure in them though due to it being a regulated system with constant flow.

As others have stated, pics would be helpful. Never heard of those lines leaking on their own, most likely damaged somehow but most definitely needs to be repaired.
