i know this doesn't affect performance at all but didn't think it fit in the drive train section. Does an 04 Denali have a resonator?

What is your goal, power, sound, economy?

I replaced the stock system on my 05 Escalade with a Magnaflow system and didn't notice a bit of difference outside of sound, the stock system seems to be pretty free flowing.

Most of my vehicles have had aftermarket systems on them and this was the first time I saw no improvement in fuel economy. I was quite surprised.

There is a little resonance but very livable, not enough to make the interior vibrate or interfere with conversation.

It sounds good. I have a post about it when I first installed it about a year ago, it was a bit louder at first with a little more resonance but that seemed to calm down after putting a few hundred miles on it. I never thought you had to break in a chambered muffler but my Flowmaster on the Corvette also seemed to calm down after a few hundred miles.

I swapped my muffler for a borla and it actually got a little louder after a couple hundred miles... Since then it hasn't changed.

I replaced my stock muffler with a Magnaflow and it's been great. Deeper sound, little bit louder, but didn't really effect mileage/power. I didn't have any noticeable drone either.

for the 6.2 OEM? ive thought about that. does any one if they are actually less restrictive? im guessing so since the sound is a little beefier.

kses, your snow donut video on YT, is that with the 6.2 muffler?
