Hello. I have a 2005 Suburban. The rear blower doesn't run. Fuses are good. Motor runs when wired direct. The resistor that I have has only 1 (3) pin plug. Orange, black and purple. Have 13 vdc between blk and org. Nothing from black to purple when plugged in. Unplugged, the voltages are good. I bought a RU394 resistor and installed it. Now my voltages are good on the 3 pin plug, but it won't send power out to the motor. The thing is, the new resistor has the correct 3 pin plug, but it also has a 4 pin plug that I am not using. Parts store said I could use one or the other. My guess is that that is BS. Problem is, I can't find the exact resistor anywhere. Anyone else have this issue? Attached is a pic of the 2 resistors. Pics of the truck, please.

Go to GMPartsDirect.com, enter your VIN, and go the the heat/AC section, where you will see an exploded parts diagram with the part (and correct number) that you are looking for.
