2005 tahoe dual climate control front

first of all I have a problem with my dual climate control cluster something keeps making it fry the board. when I check it the 8 pin clip be burnt up. has anybody ever had this problem let me know. 2 once I fix that problem cant I switch the old climate control to the 2006 digital dual climate one of the clips are diff. but I was thinking if i get the diff clip and rewire it, it will work!

You can not switch from manual controlled to auto controlled. It's cheaper to buy a new vehicle.
