2005 Z71 tahoe. Part number on the original radiator is 15124630. Searching online tells me this number was superseded by 19256745, though I am unable to cross reference this number with anything on RockAuto.
For GM Genuine radiators, there are three options for my year on RA. I do not have the external oil cooler which tells me I need part 21650, though that number doesn’t cross with what I have.

The other two options are for one with oil cooler connectors and another for the PPV package. Am I making this too difficult for myself? Can anyone else confirm my part number needed?

VIN: 1GNEK13T65R148028

Thanks!

Edit:
I added a few pics for additional info. From what I’ve been able to track down, 15124630 was replaced by 19256745, which has an alternate inventory number of 21647 in RockAuto. That number isn’t an option when I go through the part catalog so I’m at a loss.
21647 has a thicker core than 21650, which would be nice, but it also says it’s over 37”. My current radiator length is 34” which matches 21650 instead.
What a mess…

def over complicating it, ANY radiator for a 00-14 1500 gm suv or pickup will work.
having the oil cooler or not in YOUR case does not matter the oil cooler is optional and would simply remain unused. the oil cooler portion is closed off inside and is only for oil cooling if so desired, it has no impact of any kind otherwise.
you just do not want to go with a smaller one, 34-37 doesn't matter it will fit and is likely a misprint/measured incorrectly there is no "37" inch and even if there is it will fit.
I cannot recommend most aftermarket, go with oem for best results but you can shop around and find one on sale for sure.
just keep in mind all 03-06 1500's use the same front radiator support
so, that's all that matters, they all have a transcooler.
when you remove your old one look down at the bottom there are 4 holes, 2 closer together and 2 farther apart. that is so you can put a 28" or a 34", the smaller radiator is not used very often but is present on some vehicles.
they do not make holes for a 37" no such thing (that I am aware of), if it is a 37" radiator it still fits in the 34" holes.

some things to add if you had a 28" by some chance you can simply upgrade to a 34", ALL that would be required is the larger 34" fan shroud.
there is no 37" fan shroud either, if for some reason the radiator was 37" it will still be designed for a 34" shroud.
IF I am incorrect well school me then.

Thanks for the info, everyone. I went ahead and ordered #21650 off RA (GM #22840117).

I also went ahead and ordered #21647 (GM #19256745) just so I wouldn't have an issue with everything already ripped apart. Been there, done that too many times: I'll lose out on shipping charges to return the other radiator.

I'm still a little confused, though. Hopefully it'll help someone else out down the road if they search for a similar situation. Is the only difference between the two just the core thickness? I got a screenshot off AC Delco and it shows the two as options but it also shows the same dimensions until you view the smartpage, where core thickness and length are different. The code "CCJ" in the description for #21647 also matches the "CCJ" that's on the part number tag of my current radiator (in first post).

The only other thing that is jumping out at me is the applicable years for both radiators. Why would GM offer #21647 for one year? I think my tahoe is special, but don't think it's "that" special to get its own version of a plain jane radiator.

Thanks again!

I cannot find any info on the difference between one another. Same core size, but different gm#'s.

because GM changes part numbers like underwear, they like to do this so that they can keep making money on parts, long down the road
but for the well-informed you can literately take a 2000 radiator and throw it in a 2014 or vica-versa and be on your happy little way
so some day down the road a poor person with a broken radiator in a 2003 can get lucky and find a nice radiator in a rear ended 2014 for a few bucks and be happy as a clam.
in my picture below is clue number 1, you can see it shows it fits 2000-2014 1500 suburban
now there is no reason WHAT SO EVER that it would not also fit ALL other 1500 00-14 as long as there is no need for a oil cooler

I learned that lesson a while back with a blend door actuator I needed for the rear HVAC. It felt like every number I kept pulling up was superseded by another GM #. It doesn't help that the vehicle is > 20 years old now and parts have been reused across generations but it is what it is.

I'll see if I can cancel my secondary order for the other radiator. If not, I'll just return it after the job is done. I did go back and look at RA to see what applications there were for #21647 and my Tahoe isn't even listed, even though the alternate inventory number is 19256745, which is the number that superseded my current radiator.
