2005 Tahoe will not start when PAC RadioPro4 plugged in

I am trying to install a aftermarket Pioneer radio.

When I have the Pac RP4-GM11 connected the radio powers up, but the truck cranks but will not stay started. When I disconnect the Pac module it starts and runs time.

Any ideas?
