Thanks for the help in advance. Very frustrated with a constant TPMS light on the dash. When I go to look at the pressures using the buttons on the steering wheel all 4 of the tire pressures are in range on the dash. When using my Xtool D7 the pressures are also correct. When I recalibrate using the "horn beep" method all the wheels get the short beep. With all this being done the TPMS light is still on on the dash board. Any ideas on how I can get this light turned off. The TPMS system is working. Am I over looking something simple?

I'm not familiar with that tool, but will your Xtool read (not just show PIDs) chassis codes? If so, is there one for the TPMS system? Tried another scan tool on it that can read those codes?

The Xtool is not a Snap on but is is very close. I does and will give me all the detail including the make of the sensor. It is reading the sensor location and pressure of each tire. It will also let me set the pressures threshold to other than factory. This is odd. All four are calibrated and the Tahoe is reading the correct pressures. That pesky TPMS light on the dash is on all the time.

Does the scantool read out battery levels and such for the sensors?
