@Bigbeardenali1992, Tekonsha Prodigy P3 proportional with vehicle-specific wiring adapter (not the universal pigtail that comes with it). You can get less expensive ones but be sure to get a proportional type for smooth braking.

Got mine on Amazon a few years back for $120 with wiring adapter. My Hoe had the 7-pin hitch connector and I had to add the fuse in the engine compartment fuse box to power it. Pretty much PnP for mine. eTrailer's good, too.

I have the harness that came with my truck for it, now just need to order one. What are you guys using?

The "harness" that came with the truck may not work on all brands of controllers, but I'm not sure if you were describing the vehicle-specific patch cable that you can buy with the controller. Truck should have a connection under the dash to plug into, but you need the right patch cable for your controller.

When i bought my 01 it came with (in the glove compartment) the mega fuse and pigtail that plugs into the ‘black box’ described above, for the purpose of hooking up a controller.

That's good. I bought my Hoe used -- er, pre-owned -- and the pigtail was nowhere to be found. Glad they make the right patch cable for a no-hassle install.
