2006 GMC Yukon Denali rear windows wont open

2006 GMC Yukon Denali rear windows wont open.

About a month ago I noticed that neither back window would open. A day later one started working and later that day the other began working.
Just noticed yesterday that neither will open again. I have tried opening the back windows from the front and rear switches. I hear a click in the rear switch when pressing the front switch but no window movement.

Any thoughts on what may be causing this?

window regulators most likely. can be switches though.

Could be one of these:
switch
motor
regulator

If you hear something click, then it probably isn't the switch.
If you can hear the motor turning, then it isn't the motor.

FWIW I've replaced two window regulators on cars that were 8-10 years old, and the motors were working just fine.

I'll have to pull the door panel of and check it out. It just seems odd that both rears went out at the same time.
