New here and hoping someone can help me.
First, the 6 changer CD player stopped working one day. The slots are full, however there are no lights on at all where it shows the numbered slots. Nothing will play. No sound, no noises. Nothing.
Second, the DVD player will play sound, but no display on the screen. We can here the movie player with no issues, but can see nothing.
Any ideas? We bought the vehicle in September 2012, it had no issues, and we love it! But then within a couple of weeks, both these issues pooped up. We do not have the extended warranty from the dealer. There are about 102K miles on the vehicle.
Also, an ideas of how I can install an input to connect my MP3 player to the sound system??
