Only audio upgrade I have done is that I upgraded the head unit to a Pioneer DMH-W4660NEX. I now want to upgrade the door speakers, but I cant find any info on the factory amp. I've seen someone say to use a speaker that's 2 ohms impedance, but I am finding that trying to source a 2 ohm component 6.5" speaker is nearly impossible, closest I could find is a 3 ohm. I don't want to run coaxial speakers in the doors, I have tweeters in the A-pillar already, so I only want to run component speakers in the doors. I would like to avoid the headache of removing the factory amp and having to rewire everything, unless there is a way I can unplug the factory amp and find an upgrade that will plug-n-play in its place.

Welcome to the Forum from NH.

Lots of knowledgeable folks here who freely share their knowledge, experiences, and perspectives. Knowledge is power.

I hope that you will become a participating member in the Forum's discussions.

Pics of the truck, please.

Give the folks at Crutchfield.com and see what they can do for you. A 3 Ohm speaker won't be too far off from the 2 Ohm speakers that Bose typically uses. Also, many folks have had success on eBay for finding replacement Bose speakers.

Just curious... Specifically what do you mean what you say "I now want to upgrade the door speakers"? Are the speakers blown of damaged?
