2006 Yukon XL Reduced Engine Power and it throws out a P0107 code when I hit pot hole

Hi there
New member, I have a 2006 GMC Yukon XL
Occasionally I am getting a P107 ODB-II code and the truck goes into Reduced Power Mode when I am on a really rough road. Washboard type roads or really big bumps in the road and pot holes.

Anyone ever seen anything like this before, could it be the PCM or the MAP sensor?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
