Only if you really really like it. I think you could get an '09 with Bluetooth and the 6-speed transmission for that price but such depends on where you live.

Ok, saw the photos, run! The interior on that thing is rough. Look at the grime on the seat back, the driver's seat is worn out, the grime on the DVD player and the airbag cover looks like it's been deployed. Looked again, the steering wheel is gross. Now if I had to have one and this one was a great price and I had $5K set aside to fix it up, then maybe, maybe after I tested every switch and button and looked it over with my Tech2.

If the previous owner didn't care about the interior, how do you think he cared for the engine and drivetrain?

After looking at it I would pass. I agree with James. If for some reason you still want to buy it make sure you get all the service records you can. I doubt you will find many. I would rather get a 2009 [even with higher miles and with service records] that it in better condition. The dealer did a good job of cleaning up the outside. I have a feeling this Tahoe is going to be a money pit. Just IMHO.

well they need a new detailer, the wear around the steering wheel edges is unavoidable with that type of finish but can be fixed with a kit or a new steering wheel, seems like some people are more prone to wear out edge trim like that than others, but there detailer missed the whole dash/console and interior basically, without mentioning the detailing you could use the wear to try and get the price down, check the carfax and see if there is any service records, if it was a local vehicle the local dealer may have other records on file, just call and give them the vin #

The only factor of real concern is that it has three owners already. This suggests that people acquire it and then dump it in fairly short order.

Move on to the next or take your chances.
