2007 Air Conditioning Woes

So I love my truck, but have had nothing but issues with my airconditiong in it... First issue is I always have the drain clogging so I have to blow up the drain tube every 6 months... No big deal just kind of annoying... A few months ago the drivers side temp. control stopped working, only blows on coldest setting while the passenger side adjustment still works fine. Now a couple days ago the front air stopped blowing completely. Turn the knob on full blast and get no air, no noise, nada... Rear A/C system works fine...

Any ideas on the air not blowing at all any more? Blower motor? Once I get that fixed, any ideas on the temp. control on the drivers side not working?

sounds like Blend door motor. Mine shorted out and had to be replaced. Cost under 300 to repair if iirc. Truck still under warranty?

It's an 07. The warranty is probably expired by now, unless he bought an extended warranty of some sort.

I'd check the blower resister on the blower motor.

Your talking about the A/C Temp control not working right? Truck isn't under warranty but I have a pretty good connection at a dealer, we will see if he can help.
