Ok I know this is an old thread but so am I, anyhow I've tried the reset trick with not much luck . Passenger side blows cold , drivers side not so cold. I am trying to figure out the location of the driver side blend door actuator, It looks like you have an upper one and a lower one , hope someone can help or have a picture would be even better

all right, I just got done cleaning the grease out of the l/h blend door actuator. Super easy took about 35 minutes. there is an index mark on the outside case , I also moved the gear one notch to the cold just to be sure. I figured I saved 152.00 dollar on the part and a minimum of 200.00 or more on labor at the dealer. Oh just for the record the drivers actuator is the one on the bottom,

That 3rd bolt is a *****! Especially if you have a center console. I removed the first two, no problem. Spent about 30 minutes squeezing my hand between the plastic of the center console and the tunnel, said F-it, fall is coming, this can wait another year :0
