2007 GMC Yukon Denali AWD 6.2L Ticking Noise when accelerating

My 2007 Yukon DENALI AWD is making a clicking/ticking noise only when I accelerate past 30 mph and slightly goes away when speed is 60 mph or higher. Engine runs good and makes no noise while idling. The transmission was rebuilt in 2020. I just replaced the axles, wheels hub with bearings, motor mounts, fixed exhaust manifold and changed the transfer case fluid. The noise sounds like some playing cards flapping in bicycle wheel spokes. Any ideas what could be the issue?

Exhaust manifold gasket is common.

Uncommon, but mean is a prankster attaching a jumbo zip tie on to one of your axles so you get that playing card effect.

Also common is broken exhaust manifold bolt/s causing an exhaust leak under acceleration sounds like ticking

@Trademark505 did you ever figure this out? I have the same exact sound. Replaced u-joints (needed) and CV’s (torn boot) recently and SKF bearings have about 40k on them. Put a stethoscope on the hubs when axles were out and sounded clean, no clicks or grind. Noise just became noticeable in the last couple of thousand miles. No engine performance issues. I tightened and listened with a pipe at every exhaust manifold bolt, no ticks. Sounds like it is coming from front center of truck. Thanks.
