I unplugged and reconnected my battery now my truck won't start! I used the remote and the key to lock and unlock door. Tried jump starting - no luck. Appreciate some help

update...remote does not work, key will unlock doors but won't turn the ignition

Does anything happen when you turn the key in the ignition?
