2007 Tahoe / 2500 HD frontend Conversion

I need some help with this conversion on Tahoe. What need to be changed? What will fit? ETC... Any help would be great appreciated

I saw this conversion the other day while driving on the freeway. I really like it only thing that would bug me are the rear fenders not matching the front.
