Sorry guys, I’ve been MIA for a while. But the old Hoe is still my daily. At about 447,000 miles now. Got a new transfer case & transmission installed at 419k. Just did my rack & pinion this past week, and also did the NorCal mod on the front fenders to squeeze 285/60/20 BFG KO2’s. No more rubbing after the NorCal mod, I still plan on getting either leveling struts (rough country) or a slight 3”-4” lift eventually. Here’s how the old lady is sitting now. Years ago, found a secondhand Buckstop replacement bumper, & I also found a used truck vault from an ex-police officer (in Dallas for dirt cheap) so that’s been securing all my tools, I did add some air-ride helper airbags in the rear springs as well to offset the nearly 1,000lbs now over the rearend. I do a lot of mechanic work (auto/aircraft/moto) and handyman work, so I like having all my tools available at any given time.
