I had my local garage rebuild my transmission after the TCM supposedly went bad(low pressure?) and did some damage. This was only 26,000 miles after a complete rebuild by the same shop a few years ago. I now have almost $4000 in this tranmission :(

Got it home and two days and maybe five miles later my Service Stabilitrak/Traction control light is on and it is driving different. I havent even had it on the highway yet!

Before I go back to the shop, which I'm not happy with in the first place, does anyone have any suggestions that I can check myself that would be related to the install? Something not put back on correctly like the filler tube or a electrical connector? I have an odb scanner and I will check for codes tonight after work. I have never had any issues with this until now. It now has 124,000 miles on the vehicle.

Thank you for any suggestions.

Well honestly I'd take it back. If you start messing with things they could use the well "since you tried down by this" and make it not their problem anymore.
