I'm curious to know if I take the fender flares off if the back will be flush or are there parts that are there that can't be taken off because it's a Z71. I'm just not a fan of them.
Yes sir, it's flushDang! I want to do this on my '08 Z71 so I can start the an "SS" conversion...have been worried about the front bumper, I thought it was flared out where it meets the fender (sorry that may not make sense) but it appears to be flush without the fender flares on.
Are they just screwed on to the inner fender and held on with 2 way tape on the outer side of the fender? I need a fender for mine which isnt a Z71 and there's a Z71 at u-pull-it the same color, I want to get it but just don't want problems if they have rivets or built on stifs on the fenderhttp://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/threads/darosa218s-build-thread-2007-suburban-z71-3lt.91335/page-2
@DaRosa218 just did this, no problems at all and looks great.
