I recently bought a 2007 Yukon SLT and I can't figure out if the headlight bulbs are faulty or if it's normal on the new body style. When I switch from low beam to high beam I notice the light beam changes but not very much. The fog lights provide more light than the high beams.

I found the problem I just don't know what the cause is :

High beam switch on :

Right headlight high beam
Left headlight low beam

Low beam switch on :

Right headlight low beam
Left headlight high beam

Sounds like bulb is rotated or plug is rotated on wrong posts so it's giving power st the wrong time

When you say bulb rotated to you mean to take it out and rotate the bulb in the housing?

Like what Wade @01Konvict mentioned, the best fix is to have a retrofit done. It is by far the best and favorite mod I have ever done to any of my vehicles. You would not regret it.
