The general consensus over the last few years is to keep the Z55 AutoRide system. Many have converted to standard shocks/struts only to switch back. I went with Arnott SK-2954 in the front (non-AutoRide); the kit has an electrical device included that "fools" the computer, eliminating the suspension warning light. I went with Arnott AS-2708 (reman'd AutoRide OEM) in the rear. Works great. I also R&R'd the old/worn OEM rear bump stops with Timbren TGMRYS4 bump stops and R&R'd the OEM rear springs (constant rate) with Dorman 929-929 variable rate springs (+35% load handling). The combination provides a firmer ride and increased tow tongue weight capacity, and relieves some of the stress on the rear Z55 AirRide shocks/air pump.
