2008 checy Tahoe hybrid engine squealing noise need help

I have a 2008 Chevy Tahoe hybrid it is making a squealing noise while the engine is idling. I've change the idler pully the tensioner pully and the belt and the squeal is still there I've cranked truck with out belt and ist still squeals there is only one belt on truck for water pump don't see where another can go. I've also unplugged the fans and cranked it still squealing please I need help

does hybrid have another belt that run to ac compressor?
if it does spray some lube on the clutch see if that go away

It don't have a belt for ac or power steering both are electrical I took to the dealership and they told me camshaft was bad but if that was case then it wouldn't stop at 1200 toms it should get louder I'm going to take it to another dealership and get second opinion or if I get day off climb under it and see if I can pin point it since the dearlership just took belt off and cranked it

HI DID YOU EVER FIND OUT WHAT WAS YOUR ISSUE I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND I CANT FIGURE IT OUT? ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATFUL THANK THANK YOU MIKE
