Nice work! If I were you I'd take advantage of the opportunity to also sound deaden the flooring since the interior pieces are removed.

Your idea was a good one. Since I had some time before my carpet arrived I decieded to do some sound deadening...

UPDATED June 6th 2012

Well..Its come a long way. After some major polishing, some plastic dipping and interior cleaning and literally too much to list. Here she is as she sits now.

Next will be new shocks and struts (possibly lowered), esky roof rack, esky third brake lamp (white carbon fibered), LED tail lamps, and either 24's or 26's.
Time to plant a few money trees in the back yard to finance this habit...:)

Do you also own a Corvette? I think the GS stripes are an interesting idea -- but I'd say they're way too thin for such a big vehicle. Also, they look even thinner because of how long they are (the Vette fender is much shorter from hood to wheel well). I'd have made them much wider, put them closer together, and moved them forward so that they don't intersect the wheel well so far back...

Unique, however you look at it.

I think you have a beautiful truck there. A great look overall. Congrats.

Nope I do not...but I had seen the stripes before and used extra plastic dip to make the stripes. As I look at them from the pictures, they do look thinner than what they should be. Im going to see how they hold up and then probably experiment with larger ones.

I'm really impressed.

I like what you did. The whole thing! Start to finish!

The stripes make for a nice touch.
