If mine were any better there'd be pics lol. I've got the same problem, all my actual welder friends take so fookin long to get anything done I'd rather do it myself and be done with a project instead of waiting an extra 2 weeks

When I add a bung on my kooks headers I'll get a pro.

Testing fitting the headers. I finally got the old stock ones out. Another O2 sensor stripped out. Sigh.

I'm concerned about the O2 sensor hitting the body like the speed engineering headers.

My full compliment of O2 sensors came in. I'm starting from scratch. All OEM. Maybe I'll be done in the next week?

Drivers side header with new gasket and new o2 sensor in place. Not torqued...

I wish I had more than 30min every 3 days or so....

EDIT: To add. Unlike the speed engineering headers I did not have to remove the steering shaft with the kooks headers. :)

Very cool. Tuned in to see the end result.

Thanks! I know I'm slow :( Grown up life yo.....

Got the passenger side in. Note that the starter cable needs to be moved and the upstream O2 sensor wire needs to be carefully placed over the header.
