Swapped out my wife's driver side mirror yesterday. This one will not tilt up and down, only right and left, so I bought a new one. Everything else works on it. No issues at all. The mirror cap is black primer and would need to be color matched. I still have the cap off so you don't have to fight to get it off too paint it.
This is the 09+ style so the turn signal indicator is a straight line, not the dots like on the 07-08 models.
